You will take the first steps in the active process of becoming aware of and making choices toward a healthy and fulfilling workplace culture. Using both management and staff led examples and hands-on ideas and activities from our various organizations, we will demonstrate what is needed to bring on a dynamic process of change and growth that promotes a state of shared physical and mental well-being and fosters a culture of inclusivity and engagement. Together, we can learn and do what it takes to build the workplaces we want and need.

────
