Art can engage our visitors with science and technology in new and powerful ways, sparking questions, understanding and action. But how do we make the relationships that produce compelling art-based experiences sustainable? How can we partner and with who? Where can we find funding?

In this session, an international panel of artists, arts administrators and science centre professionals will share experiences and insights about what works and what doesn’t – from artist in residence programs, to community involvement and program case studies, to navigating the grant landscape. Get inspired with ideas that you can put into action at your centre!

Development/Fundraising; Community Engagement and Outreach; Content and Design; Diversity and Accessibility; Education (informal/formal) and Programming; Exhibits and immersive media; Member Relations; Local arts communities
